Pop-Up Book Club: October

Hi, hello! We want to get to know you better, and we thought, what better way than reading? We like to do it, you like to do it, how ‘bout we do it together?

Perfect for those with all levels of social battery, we invite you to attend our “quiet” book club. Bring whatever book you happen to be reading!

7-7:30pm: we’ll chat about books and get to know each other a bit better. Share what you’re reading if you like!

7:30-8:30pm: we’ll read! Quietly! You can also get snacks and drinks from the cafe, and purchase a book from our curated monthly selection. For October, our selection will celebrate Queer History Month as well as scary season.

8:30-9pm: we can chat a bit more about what we read, and say our fond farewells. Last chance to purchase a book to read next month!

Why should you come to pop-up book club? 

• Meet new bookish friends in a safe and affirming environment and put a dent in your TBR by making time to read!
• Book club attendees will be invited to join our private discord server where you can become part of the Alphabet Soup community. Suggest books! Share reviews! We can’t wait!
